Salads- The 'Healthy' Option?

Many people who are watching their weight opt for a salad when eating out at a restaurant as it is seen as the ‘healthy option’, but often, this couldn’t be further from the truth. Many of the salads available out there can be just as high in fat and calories as a burger and fries. This blog post will take some well-known restaurant chains and compare their worst offending salad with a better, healthier option so that next time you're out, you are able to choose the healthier option and stay away from salads with a disproportionately high fat to calorie ratio.
