We can’t always access a gym or might be limited for time so we came up with a simple sequence of bodyweight exercises that you can do anywhere in as little as 15 minutes per workout.

You have a few options when using the workouts. You can keep it simple and just one workout or double up and put two together.

There are five different methods on offer here and while the exercises are always similar we will work them in different ways. Some are time based and some are rep based.

Overall you have 20 different workouts to choose from. Work through them in order or make it completely random. Your call.
