Back to basics with a simple but effective 4 week, 2 block strength training program.

Block 1 features a traditional 5x5 and 5 x3 routine.

Block 2 works on a wave system of 6,4,2,4,2, in week 3 and 4,2,1,2,1 on week 4. On top of the strength training you also have a series of supporting exercises to maximize results.

Strength training is an important part of any fitness routine. Some people choose to devote all their time to strength training while others like to include periodic strength training work. This workout is great for either party.

There are some advanced lifts here so we recommend it for intermediate and advanced lifters only. There is a strong focus on bilateral barbell and dumbbell work so it works well as a counter to our functional training programs.
