Every month you will receive our "team" Functional Strength workout plan. This consists of a full months workout on a 4 day split basis. The workouts are sent out via email on the first day of each month.
Our personal training "team" memberships represent the best value for money as you receive all the benefits of our full packages minus the personally designed routine. Although the workout isn't bespoke, you can guarantee that you will still receive a high quality product suitable for all levels.
Not only this, you will also be completing the same routine as the other members of Team Foundations monthly plan. This can be great for added motivation and support from the community.
Note: To take part in The Foundations Team Training Program you will need access to a fully equipped gym. As most gyms now feature all of the necessary equipment this shouldn't be a problem; however, to be sure, you will need access to the following equipment.
Barbells, dumbbells, cable pulley machines, cardiovascular equipment i.e. treadmill, rower, bike, skipping rope. In some cases with exercises involving specialist kit we will provide a list of possible replacement options.

Receive the next months training at the beggining of every month
All new clients must undergo an introductory phase that teaches the basic techniques and familiarizes you with some of the key concepts you will be using. For a limited time only we are offering this introductory package for free! Once completed you will join our regular team training plan at the beginning of the next month.
Depending on which stage of the month you sign up you will either do a 1,2,3 or 4 week introduction.
WHICH FREE INTRODUCTORY PACKAGE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
The bare minimum we ask is for a 1 week introduction. This is enough to introduce the basic techniques etc. Each week contains 4 workouts so you just need to decide which package best suits your time-frame before the next month starts. For example. You sign up on the 1st of the month then choose the 1 month introduction.
If on the other hand you sign up on the 3rd week of the month then you will need to choose the 1 or 2 week introduction depending on the day.

Sign up date - between the 1st and 5th of the month - 1 month introduction
Sign up date - between the 6th and 12th of the month - 3 week introduction
Sign up date - between the 13th and 20th of the month - 2 week introduction
Sign up date - between the 21st and 25th of the month - 1 week introduction
Anything past the 25th won't allow enough time to fit the workouts in. Wait and start on the 1st.
*bear in mind that the later you sign up in the above examples the more workouts you will need to complete in less time.
Your automatic renewal date will be either 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 1 month from the date you sign up. In some instances you will be charged before the next months workouts are delivered via email. Should you wish to cancel your subscription then simply email us and we will cancel it for you.
